Tanglewood Lakes Townhomes
This 14 home upscale gated neighborhood is Anchorage’s only golf course living. Built into a hillside and designed to take advantage of spectacular Chugach Mountain views, this project now has a waiting list of purchasers for resale homes. This project was completed in 2003.
Spinnaker Bay Townhomes
This 32 home enclave of upscale duplex style townhomes is located in the Southport Subdivision. This project was developed with public streets and the homes line two cul-de-sacs forming a wonderful, safe and neighborly environment. This fast-selling project sold out in 5 months and was completed in 2002.
Ashberry Commons
This 28 home neo-traditional duplex townhome condominium project is unique in Anchorage. Homeowners access their garage from a surrounding alley while guest/owners stroll through a lighted common area with winding sidewalks and benches to the front entries. The social environment this creates has been a great asset and home resales sell within days. This project was completed in 2002.
Sun Ridge
8 Affordable homes in two 4-plex buildings built on a ridge in Muldoon. Reversed living with the living areas on the top floor provides homeowners with spectacular views of the Chugach Range. This project was completed in 1999.
Aspen Ridge
16 Homes in four 4-plex buildings located in South Anchorage and built as an affordable home project in the late 90’s. The site plan maximizes use of the sloping one-acre fill lot. This project was completed in 1997.
Sitzmark
Located on Taos Drive in Girdwood near the base of Alyeska Ski Resort. This five home project was designed with a chalet style exterior with an abundance of windows bringing the outdoors in. This project was completed in 1996.

Cook Inlet Townhomes
Cook Inlet Townhomes is a condominium community at 12th Ave and Cordova St., easy walking distance to downtown, the park strip, bike trails and sporting events. The condominiums are a modern three level design with garage and entry on the ground level, main living areas on the second level and the bedrooms and den on the top level for a spectacular view. Cook Inlet Townhomes – modern design in downtown. This project was completed in 2019.
Eagle’s Overlook
Thirty-two 2-1/2 story townhomes adjacent to Chugach National Park. Built into a steep hillside in Eagle River, these homes featured huge garages; up to 4 cars. The living level featured open great room living with high ceilings, large windows and commanding views of Eagle River and the Valley. This project was completed in 2006.
Broadmoor Townhomes West
Due to the great success of Broadmoor Townhomes described above, we commenced on the largest condominium project in Alaska in fifteen years. 102 luxury 2-story and 1-1/2-story townhomes, a platted subdivision with public streets, sidewalks, water and sewer. It was completed in 2004.
Broadmoor Townhomes
Located in West Anchorage, this neighborhood of 32 town-homes surround an elementary school site. This was the first luxury townhome project built in Anchorage since the late 1980’s recession. It was completed in 2001.
Residential Neighborhoods Co-Developed
Eagle Pointe
An 80-acre development which will ultimately have approximately 300 homes is located in the Eagle River Valley and has become one of the Municipality’s most exclusive neighborhoods. The project is being developed by a managing partner of a three-member LLC. The two non-managing partner companies, The Petersen Group and Hagmeier Homes, have built the 160 and growing number of homes existing.
Potter Creek
Towering over Potters Marsh, this several hundred acre project provides views for many of Anchorage’s most prestigious homes. Developed in a partnership with two other members, two small tracts have been developed and one more tract is currently being developed for 15 new single family homes. A remaining 160-acre tract is being master planned for nearly 300 new homes and very upscale condominiums.

Broadmoor Estates
Completing the development effort of the Broadmoor community in west Anchorage, this 15 single family home subdivision was very welcomed by buyers looking to live in a new single family home convenient to downtown.
Grass Creek Village at Creekside
Located in Muldoon, this is an 80-unit plus one clubhouse low income housing tax credit townhome project built for Cook Inlet Housing Authority. It is a neo-traditional design where the garages are on the rear of the home and the architectural front facades are full of windows, details and inviting porches. This project was completed in 2008.
